GSF-Hop-Anytning But Cards

Snowflake Tree

Today’s blog hop has a fun theme, anything but cards.  So today I will share a Christmas tree made from the Foil Snowflakes and the Season of Glitz Mini Gift Bows

I started with a Styrofoam tree form (basic round ‘tube’ that reduces in size as the shape gets taller).  I used straight pins to keep the first row of mini gift bows before adding the gold snowflakes.  These have been cut into thirds and intermixed with the gift bows topping the tree with one snowflake adding a bow as the final topper.  Styrofoam doesn't take adhesive well so I used a combination of Multipurpose Liquid Glue and straight pins for each item.

For some additional non-card ideas, I previously posted a decorated Pizza Box and a Styrofoam ornament. In Case You Missed it you can click the below photos to go to the 9/6/17 post.
